These Terms & Conditions apply to the messaging program provided by OvationUp, a third-party platform used by Casa Mia Pizzeria to collect guest feedback and communicate via SMS. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from OvationUp on behalf of Casa Mia Pizzeria under the terms outlined below.

DCA2*: Needs compliant and accurate CTA** information, update with specific path for mobile opt-in, HELP instructions, STOP instructions, message frequency disclosure, “message and data rates may apply” disclosure and link to the message program privacy policy, or language referring to the privacy policy. Opt-in message/Confirmation MT*** must contain brand name, HELP, opt-out, msg frequency and associated fees disclosures. Opt-out message must contain brand name and indicate that no further messages will be sent. HELP message must contain brand name and contain support contact (email, phone number, or support website).

OvationUp’s messaging tree and information collection process are designed to simplify guest feedback, enable SMS-based engagement, and comply with mobile carrier and legal regulations (like DCA2).
