Our Story

a man standing in front of a building

Founded by husband and wife team, Jason & Monica Terry, Casa Mia Pizzeria is a welcoming place that focuses on providing uncompromising quality food, great customer service, and warm hospitality. They strive to cultivate a sense of community among their team and customers.

Jason, a Jacksonville native, spent most of his life here, except for a few years when his dad was stationed elsewhere with the Marine Corps. He developed a passion for serving customers while working alongside his Papa at his family's Italian deli during a family trip. This experience ignited his dream of owning his own restaurant. Starting as a delivery driver in a local pizza shop during high school, Jason worked his way up and gained valuable experience. After briefly exploring other opportunities, he finally pursued his dream and opened Casa Mia Pizzeria in his hometown.

Monica, who enlisted in the U.S. Navy as a firefighter, made Jacksonville her home after separating from the Navy and began working at a local pizzeria where she met Jason. Together, they have over 40 years of experience in the pizza business, learning the ins and outs of the industry and perfecting their craft.

At Casa Mia Pizzeria, Jason and Monica are passionate about serving the tastiest pizza eats while getting to know their customers and exceeding their expectations. They feel immensely fortunate to be part of a community that's comprised of so many who also serve.

The name Casa Mia means "My Home," and that's exactly what Jason and Monica want their pizzeria to be for their customers. They look forward to welcoming you and making you feel at home.
